Matt Berkshire

Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the CEO at FLO Trans, joining the company in 2014. Matt came from a strategic management background. He holds 3 undergraduate degrees from Barry University in Miami, and a Master's Degree from Dartmouth College, as well as a Lean Six Master Blackbelt and certifications in Leadership, Project Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Wharton.

Nicole Rey

Controller

Nicole has worked in accounting and finance including audit and manufacturing mgmt. She holds a B.A. in Business Admin with a concentration in Intl Business from the NYIT, an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Intl business, and a Grad Cert in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. She is currently studying for her CPA. Nicole grew up near Midway and currently lives in Berwyn with her husband and two cats.

Joseph Krakowsky

Intermodal Director

Joseph Krakowsky is a father of three and has been working in operations for over two decades. He is originally from Illinois and enjoys shooting in his spare time.

Piotr Rzadkosz

Intermodal Specialist

Piotr joined FLO Trans in 2010 as a driver. He has driven intermodal, ltl, tl, longhaul, shorthaul and everything in between. He works within our drayage department as our driver liaison, and has trained as an intermodal specialist. He is originally from Poland.
