Matt is the CEO at FLO Trans, joining the company in 2014. Matt came from a strategic management background. He holds 3 undergraduate degrees from Barry University in Miami, and a Master's Degree from Dartmouth College, as well as a Lean Six Master Blackbelt and certifications in Leadership, Project Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Wharton.
Nicole Rey
Controller
Nicole has worked in accounting and finance including audit and manufacturing mgmt. She holds a B.A. in Business Admin with a concentration in Intl Business from the NYIT, an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Intl business, and a Grad Cert in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. She is currently studying for her CPA. Nicole grew up near Midway and currently lives in Berwyn with her husband and two cats.
Tiara Ivy

Tiara is the Director of Marketng. She has studied at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and has years of experience with social media, marketing, graphic design, and branding. Tiara lives in Chicago IL and enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring the city, and crafting.

Deycy is from Paris, California, and moved to Chicago in 2013. She has a big family consisting of six siblings, two in-laws, five nephews, and one niece. She has a Shih Tzu Chihuahua named Almendra. Every achievement she makes is dedicated to her mom, who is her motivation because of what she has done for her family. Deycey loves to express, reflect, and organize herself through journaling.

Steven Agosto started at FLO in 2015 in the rates department. He has gained experience in inside sales, as a junior broker, and now heads a team as a brokerage specialist. Steven plays basketball recreationally and is learning how to tattoo.

Rick is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a BBA focused in Marketing. He joined FLO Trans in 2003 as a CSR, then through many roles in Sales and in Operations grew and developed to serve as Vice President of Sales. He currently plays Hockey, enjoys Home Brewing Beer, Home Roasting Coffee and is a Bourbon enthusiast

Armando has a background in Construction Management and a bachelor's from Triton College for Construction Management / Science. He has held his CDL for 15 years. He started out driving dump trucks for construction working on the 294 and inside both O'Hare and Midway Airports and has held his CDL for 15 years

Juana is from Colombia and presently lives in Bogota. She studied design at the Universidad Santo Tomas. Juana has always loved the world of design and using creativity to create excellent pieces. She loves to spend time watching and re-watching her favorite show Friends, and equally loves her animals Mona and Brown.
