The Leadership Academy was started in 2022. It was started as an inclusive study amongst FLO Trans leaders wherein 36 unique soft and hard leadership skills were identified. The purpose of the academy is to teach these skills to FLO Employees who join the academy in the hopes of promoting growth, positive leadership, and a happy culture.
Aside from the individual lectures on skills there are projects and exams which participants must complete to graduate, and upon graduation the students return to become teachers, and take a more active role in their own continuing education.
Self motivated, growth oriented, professionalism, and team player are four of our core values, and these are all promoted and exemplified within the leadership academy.
